Provided business mentoring, support and development to retail client as part of the social enterprise uk mentoring programme.

Client was a charity transitioning into a CIC looking to maximise retail space, operations and other operating arms of the enterprise.

Business also consisted of over 70+ staff with a variety of learning disabilities and social challenges.

• 3D Site Mapping - Measured, designed and create 3D model of retail premises to engage all 70+ members of staff in the redesign of the shop floors and stock room areas to deliver on customer conversion, business optimisation and staff needs.
