This is done visually to engage and inform, leading to better focussed conversations and actions. Specially valuable for those putting a ‘Pitch Deck’ together either presenting and idea or engaging investors.

Helping you get ‘Thoughts out of your head and make sense’ of them. Leading to gaining CLARITY on direction, sustainability, message and vision. Empowering and motivating you to rediscover the drive to move forward.

In Session 1 (DISCOVER) - we begin by exploring the individual story/journey in an informal way, whilst identifying the true purpose and vision that lead them here. With some focus on capturing their true essence to realign themselves.

Consultancy (EMPOWER) - with business plan, documents and materials sent. The visual consultancy work will commence through the creation of the 1 page ‘Visual Business Model ’ that will be mapped after synthesising all the available information.

In Session 2 (INSPIRE) - we reflect on the previous session and explore any insights that came up. The 1 page ‘Visual Business Model’ is then presented and walked through. From this we explore apply the WHAT, HOW, WHO and WHY in the best way and any next steps.

OPTIONAL (Visual Client Journey) - we can have session 3 where we can reflect on the business coaching sessions and construct a visual that shows your journey. At this point we can also work on a ACTION PLAN that focusses in on specific targets you would like to work towards/achieve.
